Hapa Kabsat was founded in 2022. “Hapa” is someone who is partially of Asian or Pacific Islander descent. And “Kabsat” means sibling in Ilocano, a Filipino dialect.

We’re active and passionate supporters of environmental sustainability, the scientific method, and STEM concepts, and believe it’s important to share what we have learned with students in the Philippines. Hapa Kabsat enables people who are passionate about science and sustainability to support our work. Our goal is to inform and influence students so they can have a cleaner and greener future in the Philippines.
